Lauren Carter

Hello! My name is Lauren Carter, and I’m excited to be joining the EDR team as an HR rotator for the next six months! I’ve been with UW–Madison since July 2024 as part of the Job Rotation Program (HR Track), where I’ve had the opportunity to rotate through OHR–Workforce Relations, the Wisconsin School of Business, and SMPH Faculty Recruitment. EDR will be my fourth and final rotation in the program. I’m originally from Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois in 2024. Following the completion of the Job Rotation Program, I will be continuing my education at UW–Madison this fall as an MBA student in the Wisconsin School of Business. I’m looking forward to working with and learning from the EDR community during this rotation!
